Welcome to Radiant Formé.

By creating an account, booking a class, purchasing a membership or class package, entering our studio, or participating in any Radiant Formé service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website, booking platform, or studio services.

OUR SERVICES

Radiant Formé offers infrared-heated fitness experiences including sculpt, barre, strength training, specialty workshops, events, and other wellness-related services.

Our signature method combines Pilates-inspired movement, barre precision, strength training, and infrared heat technology designed to create a low-impact, high-intensity workout experience.

Class schedules, instructors, programming, pricing, and studio offerings may change or be modified at any time without prior notice.

ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE

By participating in any Radiant Formé class or service, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years or older, or have parent/guardian consent if under 18

  • You are physically capable of participating in heated exercise environments

  • You understand the physical demands associated with strength, sculpt, and barre-style training

  • You agree to follow all instructor guidance and studio safety protocols

Radiant Formé reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

ACCOUNTS, BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS

To reserve classes, all clients must maintain an active account through our designated booking platform.

All clients are required to have:

  • A valid email address

  • A phone number

  • A valid credit card on file for bookings, memberships, and applicable fees

Clients are responsible for all activity associated with their account.

Class reservations may be made through:

  • Our website

  • Our mobile booking platform

  • Approved in-studio booking methods

Booking windows, scheduling policies, and waitlist procedures may change at any time.

CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

To maintain fairness and availability for all clients:

Classes must be canceled at least 8 hours prior to class start time.

Cancellation Policy

Failure to cancel within this window will result in:

  • Late Cancellation Fee: $10

  • Loss of class credit where applicable

No Show Policy

Failure to attend a reserved class without canceling will result in:

  • No Show Fee: $20

  • Loss of class credit for package holders where applicabl

Waitlist Policy

If you join the waitlist and are automatically added into class, all cancellation and no-show policies still apply.

Late Entry Policy

For safety and class flow, clients arriving more than 5 minutes after class begins may not be permitted entry.

No exceptions.

MEMBERSHIPS, CLASS PACKAGES & PAYMENTS

Current pricing for memberships, class packages, and drop-in classes is listed on our website and booking platform.

By purchasing any service, you agree that:

  • All sales are final

  • Membership fees are automatically charged according to billing cycles

  • Prices may change at any time without notice

  • Failed payments may result in suspension of services

By storing payment information, you authorize Radiant Formé to charge your payment method for:

  • Membership dues

  • Class purchases

  • Late cancel fees

  • No show fees

  • Merchandise purchases

  • Studio rentals or additional charges

Unless otherwise required by law, all purchases are non-refundable.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION & FREEZES

To cancel a recurring membership, written notice must be submitted at least 15 days prior to your next billing cycle.

Fixed-Term Membership Cancellation

Three (3), Six (6), and Twelve (12) month unlimited memberships are contract-based commitments and are intended to be fulfilled for the full membership term.

Early cancellation requests will only be approved in cases of documented medical inability to participate, relocation outside of the Birmingham metropolitan area, or other circumstances approved solely at the discretion of Radiant Formé management.

If a member elects to cancel prior to completing their contractual term for reasons outside of approved exceptions, the member agrees to pay an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remaining membership balance for the remainder of the contract.

Members may satisfy this obligation either:

·       Through continued monthly payments equal to 50% of their contracted monthly membership rate for the remainder of the agreement term, or

·       By making a one-time lump sum payment equal to 50% of the total remaining balance owed under the contract.

Failure to satisfy outstanding contractual obligations may result in suspension of services and collection of unpaid balances.

Memberships may be temporarily frozen when approved by management for a fee of $18 a month.

Freeze terms and applicable fees may vary by membership type.

Class packages expire according to package-specific terms and are non-refundable.

HEALTH, HEAT & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Radiant Formé classes take place in an infrared-heated environment typically ranging from 85°F–120°F, with certain classes occasionally exceeding this range.

By participating, you acknowledge that exercise and heat exposure carry inherent risks including but not limited to:

  • Dehydration

  • Dizziness

  • Fainting

  • Muscle strains or sprains

  • Heat exhaustion

  • Elevated heart rate or blood pressure changes

  • Falls or physical injury

  • Cardiac complications

You agree to:

  • Hydrate before, during, and after class

  • Move mindfully and modify when necessary

  • Immediately stop exercise if feeling unwell

  • Inform instructors of injuries, pregnancy, or medical limitations before class

You understand that instructors are not medical professionals.

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for risks associated with participation.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By participating in Radiant Formé services, you voluntarily agree to:

  • Release and discharge Radiant Formé, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, landlords, and representatives from all liability arising from participation

  • Waive any claims for injury, illness, property damage, or loss resulting from studio use or class participation

  • Accept full personal responsibility for your participation in all activities

This release includes claims arising from ordinary negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You acknowledge that you are waiving important legal rights, including the right to sue.

If any portion of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

MEDICAL CONSENT

If emergency medical treatment becomes necessary while on studio premises, you authorize Radiant Formé to obtain appropriate medical assistance.

You accept full financial responsibility for any resulting medical expenses.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Radiant Formé is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Clients are solely responsible for securing personal items while on studio premises.

STUDIO CONDUCT

To protect the experience of all clients, we ask that all members:

  • Arrive on time

  • Respect instructors and fellow clients

  • Silence mobile phones during class

  • Follow all instructor safety cues

  • Maintain respectful and appropriate behavior

Disruptive or unsafe conduct may result in removal from class or termination of membership without refund.

PHOTO & VIDEO POLICY

By entering the studio, you acknowledge that photographs or videos may occasionally be taken for marketing and promotional purposes.

By attending, you grant Radiant Formé permission to use this content across:

  • Social media

  • Website content

  • Marketing campaigns

  • Promotional materials

If you prefer not to appear in any content, please notify staff before class.

Clients may record themselves only if:

  • They are the sole subject of the recording

  • Recording does not disrupt class flow

  • Other clients and instructors are not included without consent

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Radiant Formé branding, logos, programming, workout methodology, instructor materials, website content, class sequencing, educational materials, and studio intellectual property are exclusively owned by Radiant Formé.

No materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

WEBSITE & DIGITAL USE

Use of our website, booking platform, and digital services must comply with applicable law.

Users may not:

  • Copy website content

  • Scrape digital materials

  • Reproduce proprietary content

  • Use studio intellectual property without authorization

NO WARRANTIES

All services are provided “as is.”

Radiant Formé makes no guarantee regarding:

  • Specific fitness or wellness results

  • Continuous service availability

  • Website or booking platform uptime

  • Individual outcomes from participation

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

Any legal disputes arising under this agreement shall be handled exclusively in courts located within Jefferson County, Alabama.
